Harbour Deck is the perfect family holiday house to relax in! It is in a great location, within easy walking distance to shops and cafes. You can walk down to the ocean rock pool and the beach is only a short drive away.
How is the property laid out?
Harbour Deck is a comfortable two storey home with views to the ocean. Upstairs has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and the living, dining and kitchen area.
Bedroom One has two single beds and views to the ocean; Bedroom Two has a double bed with views to the back garden, Bedroom Three has a queen bed and glass doors that lead onto the front deck.There is also one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity area and separate toilet.
The living room has sofas, a large flat screen TV with DVD and USB so guests can bring movies, music system with iPod Dock, and dining table to seat eight and combustion wood fire place. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine.
Downstairs is the entry foyer that leads to a living room with TV/DVD, comfortable sofas and a collection of DVDs, books, and games.There is also a bathroom/laundry with washing machine, dryer, shower and toilet.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable ifproblematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
A spacious deck at the front of the property with views across grazing pastures to Boat Harbour and the Pacific Ocean. There is an outdoor setting with table and eight chairs. The back of the property has a large north facing deck with table and chairs for six people and direct access into the fenced back garden.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is a combustion wood fireplace in the upstairs living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as the upstairs living areas for the warmer months
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway, The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
