Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfortable mattress, good spot to get around the city, secure entry even into the lobby area. I plan on staying here again soon!

Negative: Our original room when we entered hadn’t been cleaned yet, this is the only reason for not giving 5/5. Their customer service ensured we had a new room within 10 minutes and it was great, they continued to reach out to ensure it was up to our standards.

Summary: Great location, secure entry, comfy and cute!
