- ANYONE OPERATING GOLF CART MUST FILL OUT A WAIVER LIABILITY AGREEMENT FORM WHICH WILL BE LOCATED IN THE WELCOME BINDER. FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED AND SENT BACK ON CHAT MESSAGES.
- ONCE FORM IS FILLED OUT AND RECEIVED YOU WILL GET THE KEYPAD LOCK CODE FOR THE GOLF CART.
- GOLF CART MUST BE CHARGED AFTER EACH USE AND CHARGED ANYTIME NOT IN USE.
- BATTERY MAXIMUM OF 5 MILES.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PAY FOR PARKING. ANY CITATIONS FOR PARKING THAT ARE NOT PAID WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 CHARGE + THE CITATION FEE.
- USE GOLF CART AT OWN RISK. B&G LUXE PROPERTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY WHILE OPERATING THE GOLF CART.
