Summary: Price is affordable. Area is not that great. During our stay there was an incident involving police, ambulance and forefighters. During the early morning hrs we heard people trying to get into the room next to us even though I'm not sure if that was their room or not as we heard a comment about "we can't just open any door" then around 5:30 in the morning a girl walked by crying with a male behind her telling her to shut up and get in the car.
