Positive: Cleanliness, yoghurt breakfast was good, close to Longwood Gardens.

Negative: Charging for the in-room bottled water, if not a Hilton member, is an insulting joke. I’ve only stayed in 36 hotels this year, this Hilton my 6th in US. A complimentary bottle of water is a given. Seeing a $3.00 charge for in-room water so annoyed me that I will avoid Hiltons. I always have because the Hilton family is proudly obnoxious Because this Hilton is so close to Longwood, I booked it. And we had to wait an hour to be served a bowl of yogurt, granola and fruit. Worst: the hum in room 315 that sounds like a diesel truck running outside the room.
