Summary: Some staff members were unwelcoming and unhelpful. One staff member appeared angry throughout my stay, and when I asked for help with my luggage, I was met with reluctance and comments about the bag being heavy rather than genuine assistance. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel itself is quite simple — not terrible, but nothing special. For a small additional cost, it is possible to find better accommodation with a more professional level of service.
