Summary: Staff at Jesmond were super friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and modern, shared bathroom was tidy great layout... but... I booked on a Friday night... forgot I was above a pub. Patron noise was pretty loud, even some of the other guests in the accommodation hallway. Could also hear the traffic slightly. I'd suggest you take ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise. I only ate dessert in the Jesmond restaurant, it was great and bar staff as well. Would like to maybe try a meal there. Once the Jesmond did close, it was really quiet!
