Many wineries, breweries & distilleries nearby!Our cottage offers a fully stocked kitchen and an indoor dining area with seating for 6. The attached deck is equipped with a grill & plenty of outdoor seating! This allows for more time to enjoy the beautiful views of Keuka Lake while spending quality time together with family and friends.SPACEStep inside to a remodeled classic lakeside cottage with a modern twist. The entry level offers a bedroom and full bathroom along with a pull-out sofa for an extra guest or two. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a perfect view to wake up to. Wander upstairs to the loft where we offer a queen size bed along with 2 twin beds. Perfect for sleeping 4 additional guests. Grab a chair and sit on the deck, listen to the water, watch the boats go by and enjoy the splendor of our beautiful Keuka Lake. The large deck offers a propane barbeque grill along with a picnic table, umbrella and Adirondack chairs for your comfort.Access to the lake is available for swimming and if you are bringing a boat just let us know and we will have a place for you to dock it.ACCESSAccess to all areas of the home that are not locked. The marina is not part of the rental however there is a dock space, access to enter the lake for swimming, kayaking, etc and you are able to launch here.NEIGHBORHOODLocated just outside the Village of Hammondsport.TRANSITA vehicle is recommended for getting around although the Village is within walking distance.
