Enter the house via the backdoor which is where the electronic lock is. There is a concrete path that leads you there
Other Details to Note
Additional sleeping space: There is a convertible sofa in the living room of the guest suite with a mattress topper inside its storage unit.
Parking: All parking is uncovered. Please do not park in Rotonda to prevent disturbing the neighbors!
Gated community: Yes. It is imperative that all guests respect the 15-mph speed limit after crossing the gate. The neighbors are very strict about this rule. Also, please no parking on the shared driveway or cul de sac.
No RVs or Camper Vans are allowed in the community, the HOA has a strict policy against this.
