Summary: We were excited as the property is large. However the hot tub becareful, as it shocks you and I immediately called the manager and nothing came of it. Promises made still nothing. The rain came in and the windows and things started pouring in. Street floods when it rains. When I first arrived I couldn’t get into the house and I called over and over and wasn’t able to get in, the back door was open. I communicated with staff immediately and had no resolution. House is large and spacious, just so many issues. I believe it would have been better outside the rainy season, and definitely needs new or better property management. Definitely for a family and enough room for all, great area to board the ports for cruise. There is a pool. And second floor balcony is nice to view the water and feel the breeze. Many bathrooms, many rooms.
