As a consequence, if a guest books any of our properties, we reserve the right to upgrade them to a superior and more expensive apartment in the same neighborhood to ensure they have a smooth and happy stay.

We don't do self-check-in.
Check-in time is from 3 PM to 1 AM (next day) but there would be a late check-in fee that would apply as follows:
- $30 after 9 PM.
- 50$ after 11 PM.
- 100$ after midnight to 1 AM.
Check out:
Official check-out time is at 11 AM at the latest.
Late check-out without agreement will result in 150$ penalty fee.
Lost Key fee:
If you lock yourselves out, there is a fee of $150.
If you lose the keys there is a fee of $350.
