The house features an electric grand piano, master bedroom deck, Flatirons views, large back yard, in-house laundry and ample street parking.

Boulder is a wonderful town, and this home is great because of its location right downtown. Walking distance to Pearl Street with shops and restaurants as well walking distance to Boulder Creek Path and to Mt. Sanitas makes the Horse House unique.
