Summary: First it is confusing and misleading by pictures which property you are staying at. The pictures make it seem like it’s the new tall condos in front. It is however the very old and run down condo’s in the back. Then it is difficult to get help to get into your room. We got there at 5:03 and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out who to call only to find out from another confused guest we were at the wrong building and found the number to get the code to get in. I had to call the number multiple times before someone returned my call and gave me the code to get into the room and the pool. The condo was clean but old. The ice maker on the fridge was taped on and did not work and neither did the water. Also while we were there the second batch of laundry we went to dry the dryer quit working and no longer worked. Also they charge you a fee and you loose your deposit if the towels are not laundered and put back in place. We were unable to do that and I am waiting to see if I get my deposit back. I genuinely would not recommend this property to anyone. It is not worth the price.
