Six bedrooms, 2 with king beds, 4 queen beds, twin bunk beds, plus semi-private kids' bunk room with 2 twins, the cottage sleeps 14. With 4 1/2 full baths and a family room on each level, it is perfect for 3 families! Take in the beautiful view on one of three decks. Also added a 19x12 screened in porch/4 season room with heaters. Summary: This home on Brown’s Lake checks every box. It is spacious with plenty of space for 12 of us (9 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The newly remodeled kitchen is amazing (nicer than mine at home) and has every dish, pot, pan or utensil you could ever need. A screened-in 3 season room is off the kitchen with wonderful views of the lake. There are two master bedrooms, but all of the bedrooms are spacious and are located near bathrooms that are lovely. Everyone in our group had their own space and were very comfortable. There is a Weber gas grill that we used every night, and a wonderful fire pit located on the lower deck. We brought our own boat and the lake is perfect for water skiing and tubing because it isn’t crowded. We had a fantastic vacation. No one wanted to leave.
