A beautiful freshly renovated 2 bedroom flatlet overlooking the breathtaking Coffs Harbour Jetty and a quick 300m stroll to the Jetty Beach.
There is a private deck and entrance, and our apartment is fully equipped with all you need for self-catering where you can enjoy your meals on your own private patio overlooking a stunning tropical setting with a direct view of the Pacific Ocean and Coffs Harbour's iconic Muttonbird Island. Breakfast is not provided daily, however upon arrival I will have bread for toast, condiments, cereal, milk, tea, cappuccino sachets, and fruit juice for your first night. You can also treat yourself to a diverse selection of the "Jetty Strip" establishments with Coffs most popular cafes and restaurants just a short 100 meter walk down the street. A grocery store, pharmacy and gym are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
This apartment can be rented with either one bedroom or two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable queen size bed with the second bedroom fitted with both a double and a single bed. The ensuite bathroom has dual access from both bedrooms and is lockable from the inside, and a new front-loader washing machine is available for your convenience, with a covered outside drying area.
Watch the sun rise over the ocean and hear the sound of waves breaking from the lounge and bedroom. You can wake to the sound of Kookaburra birds, the haunting cry of the black Cockatoos and fascinating sound of the Eastern Whipbird.
