This townhouse is bayfront with opportunity for viewing of beautiful sunsets. Level one offers deck, screened porch, living, dining, kitchen areas with powder room, laundry closet and den. Level two offers two primary bedrooms, one with deck, two primary bathrooms, one with shower/tub and double vanity, one with shower. There is also a small sitting area. Level three offers a loft style bedroom with bathroom that has tub and shower. This is a pet friendly property that permits one dog with a security deposit.
OVERSIZED VEHICLES PROHIBTED. WALKWAYS TO BEACH LOCATED BETWEEN UNITS # 8-9 AND #22-23. PARKING FOR 2 CARS ONLY ON PROPERTY ON PREMISES. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED BUT DOES NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. POOL CLOSES MID-LATE SEPTEMBER.
