Korla Cottage is a welcoming quaint timber cottage for upto 5 guests. This cozy spot is perfect for families, couples, and pets, just a quick 7 minute stroll from Leura Mall. A warm gas fireplace, ac, bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and a BBQ deck with view is our most popular spot. Plus, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Spotify, parking, and hassle-free self check-in. it’s a peaceful Blue Mountains getaway surrounded by nature, ideal for weekend getaways or longer stays.

The fireplace will keep you warm in winter and the aircon cool in summer. A big garden to run around and a nice deck for BBQs breakfasts and alfresco evening drinks. A fully equipped kitchen will keep the chefs busy while complimentary WiFi will keep you connected and entertained.

Bedroom 1 features a Queen-size bed, wardrobe, blackout blinds, and a lovely garden view.
Bedroom 2 comes with two single beds and the fifth bed is a single pull out sofa bed, suitable for short stays.
Inside, you’ll find inviting interiors complete with a gas fireplace, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and electric blankets to keep you snug all year round. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, along with a collection of books, board games, and puzzles for those cozy nights in.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and barbecue utensils.
The modern bathroom features both a bath and shower, along with a hair dryer, towels, robe, and toiletries. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are also available.
Outdoors
Korla Cottage is suitable for house trained small pets only.
The garden wired fence surround the whole property and is about 1m high. Escapees, Diggers and Jumpers should be supervised at all time.

The driveway into the property is on a slope. Drive slow on approach.

If any guest leaves an item behind, lost property can be return by post. The communication and cost of postage must be transacted through the guest who has actioned the booking in Vrbo.

GENERAL
Welcome to Korla Cottage, you should find everything you need to enjoy your stay here. Heaters and electric blankets will keep you warm in winter, air conditioning to keep you cool in summer. Sit back and watch a movie on Netflix, or choose from the DVD’s, books and games to spend a cosy evening indoors. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for some gourmet cooking and a steamy hot bath will relax body and mind.... time for a cup of tea!
Some housekeeping information, please be respectful and leave items how you found them. Please leave the large wheelie bins outside of the gate for collection before you leave the property (the bins are collected early Wednesday morning). Recycling and green waste bin is alternative weeks; there is a calendar printed inside the cupboard door for your reference. IA/hen leaving please ensure all appliances, heaters, electric blankets and taps are turned off.

Bedrooms oil electric heaters:
For your convenience each bedroom is provided with an electric heater.
Please make sure these are turned off when not in the cottage and power is switched off at the power point when vacating the property.
Electric blankets:
Turn powerpoint on. There are three settings. Slide switch along to the first being low, then second is medium, third is high heat. Please turn power off at the powerpoint when finished.
Free Standing Fans:
Two in the main bedroom wardrobe, remove and use when required.
BBQ
Please leave the BBQ clean, there are BBQ tongs and cleaning products in the pantry or below washbasin. Natural gas supply, please ensure bbq gas supply is turned off.
CHILD FRIENDLY
Stored away in the wardrobe, there is an Ikea Highchair, a standard size Travel Cot (caters for up to 2-year-old children comfortably no linens provided) and a firm plastic Nappy Changing mat, all clean and ready to use.
Please leave items clean and folded away, returned to wardrobe space.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
Please find an iron and ironing board in the laundry, and a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet. If stepping outside in the rain there are umbrellas in the laundry, and if walking out at night there are torches in the pantry.
SMALL PETS
Pets are to abide by the house rules and an additional cleaning fee applies, as part of the booking. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the bedrooms. If there is a mess left in the garden from Pets, an additional fee may be incurred.
