A wonderful two-story lakefront four bedroom 2.5 Bath Tahoe Tavern townhouse with its 1960s retro styling. As the Tahoe Tavern was being constructed and expanded, this was the unit they advertised to perspective homeowners as an example of Tahoe living. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath are on the first floor and the bedrooms plus two full bathrooms are on the second floor. The exceptional deck includes a square redwood picnic table, comfy chairs, gas BBQ, and offers outstanding views of the lake and pier. The deck receives glorious sunshine through the first half the day and gentle shade through the late afternoon. The deck also has a large central staircase going down to the lawn and it’s just a few more feet to the lake. Sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing at any time of year.
The master bedroom is on the lakefront side - includes a king bed, TV, and private bath area. The first queen bedroom is also on the lakefront side. Away from the lake is the second queen bedroom and a "kids room", which includes a full mattress (bottom) and twin mattress (top) bunk-bed. The master and second upstairs bathroom are both full baths (Master has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower/bathtub).
Kitchen is in it's 1960 style - we supply full dishes (cooking and eating), spices, and essentials
