REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: send an inquiry not a booking. We want to talk to the people first and make sure the house is right for them. Parties, boys weekends away etc get cancelled when we find out. That’s why we have the high cancellation rate. Family gatherings, family weekends away, etc will be approved as this is in a family area. Also everything in this house is good quality. It’s not full of cheap bunnings and Kmart supplies. Therefore you pay a bit extra.

This an absolute waterfront home with your own jetty on on the beautiful Lake Macquarie. The house is modern, has a huge entertaining veranda and can sleep up to 15 people.
There are 3 bathrooms including 1 ensuite for the master bedroom. The home has two large lounge areas and a dining area that can seat 10.
The dining area opens out to the veranda that has a BBQ for your convenience as well as a beautiful outdoor setting which has a dining table that can sit 9 plus the matching furniture with table to seat another 4.
The property provides 2 single kayaks, a double kayak and a tinny for use by our guests. There are also a few bikes to ride around the foreshore. We have our own pontoon that can be used as well . . dont the kids love that!
At the waterfront, there is a resort style cabana bed and fold away chairs in the boat shed. Two rollout sun beds are under the house.
The house has its own private jetty with the house being on deep waterfront off the end of the jetty so making it possible to dive off of. Great swimming all warm months.
Only 9 Klm's from Toronto and a two minute drive to the lovely cafe's at Wangi plus many other shops including a large IGA.
The Wangi working club and the Wangi RSL are also here, so eating out or relaxing with a few drinks whilst watching the yacht races are right there for you. Plenty of great Cafe's and take away food places.
This is a beautiful house on a beautiful block that is absolute waterfront. You won't be disappointed.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT - This is a quiet neighbourhood with small children and should not be used by anyone with a party/bucks/hens night in mind. Noise restrictions are enforced and loss of bond will occur.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
TOP LEVEL
Main bedroom King bed plus ensuite. A sofa bed is also in the room. In total sleeps 4
2nd bathroom with bath
2nd bedroom with double bunk bed. sleeps 4
MIDDLE LEVEL
3rd bedroom with a queen bed and double bunck. Sleeps 4
Open office next to the third bedroom has a couch that coverts to a double bed. Privacy screens can be used for privacy and partially close off. It works well but is not a fully enclosed bedroom.
BOTTOM LEVEL (MAIN LEVEL)
There is a TV room with a couch that coverts to a double bed. Very comfortable. Privacy screens can also be used to partially close off. These work well for the bigger groups. We use them when we have the whole family and friends visit and find them great. There is also the main bathroom off the TV room.
The main living areas are around the corner where the kitchen lounge dining and outdoor entertaining areas are, all facing the lake.
