The condo is also stocked with all linens, and vending machines are available on the lower level in the vending room.
For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.
