New in 2023: Expanded first floor living space includes two brand new bedrooms and adjoining full bathroom. One bedroom has queen size bed with vaulted ceiling and large windows and sitting area, the second bedroom includes two sets of Bunkbeds: twin over full-size beds. This room has a walk-out door to stone patio. Main house now has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Detached Guesthouse sleeps 2-4 and has full bathroom.
This central air-conditioned lakefront home and property has up-to-date furnishings, including linens, dishes, and all indoor and outdoor furniture. It is just awaiting couples and families who want a place to get away from it all, have fun, relax, and enjoy a view of the lake from almost every room and sitting area indoors or out.
This home has ample space for outdoor fun in two yard areas, including a large deck for eating, relaxing, or soaking in the 6 person hot tub. As well, the 100’ stone beach provides walk in access to the lake to swim, fish, or take out one of our kayaks, canoe, or paddleboard during the day, and a natural stone firepit with Adirondack chairs for nighttime fires and smores. Our large, permanent dock has a round picnic table for 6-8 and a double Adirondack chair for the best views of the sunset.
Inside, the first floor has a family room with a large sectional that includes two recliners and a pull out full size bed with upgraded mattress. There is also a 55" HDSmartTV and high speed wifi throughout the house. The adjoining lakefront room provides another comfy sitting area with a spectacular view of the lake from the wall of windows. A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with Wolfe stove and SubZero fridge also includes a table by the windows that seats four. The large dining room seats 12 and provides a great space for game playing or guests who need to set up laptops and stay connected while still viewing the lake. The first floor also includes 2 queen bedrooms, a double bunk bed room with all linens included,2 full bathrooms, and laundry room with front load washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.
The second floor boasts a large queen master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake, generous sized bathroom with jet soaking tub, walk in closet and
39" HD Smart TV. There is ample space to set up a crib or air mattress. The second bedroom upstairs also has a comfy queen bed and study area (for work addicts).
Our final bonus bedroom with another queen size bed and full size futon is in the detached, air-conditioned guesthouse in the side yard and includes a full bathroom, TV & cable, refrigerator, and Keurig machine. This area is perfect for another couple, small family, or teens. The picture window provides a gorgeous view of the lake all day.
Another awesome feature of this home is the over-sized screened porch with couches and a table that seats 4 for meals. This room provides another perfect viewing of the sunset and relaxing “outside” even on a rainy or cooler day.
Also available outside for your use is our custom made wood fire Pizza Oven. Create and bake your own pizzas or breads.
