Three gulf front decks, a semi-private pool and beach gear round out the expansive interior features. You will be in the center of the North Cape in the Ocean Haven development. Hop on a bike or walk down the nine mile Loggerhead path for an easy commute to the St Joseph State Park or local shopping.
Inside this home you will be treated to a large granite gourmet kitchen, four king gulf facing master suites, an elevator to all floors and plenty room for everyone to lounge, dine and gather. Sunny Times welcomes up to sixteen guests in six bedrooms and five and a half baths. You will find luxury mattresses, ensuite baths and large TV’s in every bedroom.
