Located on the top floor, we have a large fan that, when activated, rapidly exchanges the indoor air with fresh air from outside. This natural ventilation system provides a refreshing and cool breeze throughout the house, simulating the effects of air conditioning. You'll enjoy the benefits of fresh air while experiencing a comfortable temperature indoors. Please note that the fan is operated manually, allowing you to control when you want to enjoy the cooling effect.

Summary: Great property for our ATV friends to stay Lots of room and great parking. Really close to ATV trails was a big plus! Short drive to Hill City made it very convenient to go to restaurants.
