Upstairs there is a second toilet and powder room. Other features include BBQ, Flat screen television, DVD and CD player together with the convenience of a double lock-up garage and ducted vacuuming. The townhouse features an enclosed yard and kennel for mans best friend if needed. It is located close to the magnificent Tura Beach Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and restaurant. The new Tura Beach shopping centre and restaurants are also handy.
Tura Beach is a long sweeping beach of golden sand which allows dogs off the leash. The entry to the beach is only a few houses away.
Dogs are most welcome at 'Life's a Beach', but not on the furniture please. For the convenience of others please ensure that your dog has had recent flea treatment.
