Summary: Overall the house was decent (I’d rate it a C+) and most amenities were functional, however the stovetop was broken (it got replaced during our stay) and the hot water heater broke during our stay (was replaced within 24 hours-mgmt was accessible).The shower curtains had black mold, the walls were beat up, carpet worn and stained, outdoor TV was broken, the fence was charred behind the grill, drywall cracked on the ceilings, outdoor lights either broken or inaccessible. It really just needs overall maintenance. Would have preferred a private walkway to the beach. The elevator was convenient.The arcade game was great. But overall it was time spent with family near the ocean that made the vacation worthwhile. The other things are first world problems. That said, I don’t think we’ll return to this property.
