*Really nice guest house in a great neighborhood just north of LAX. Pets welcome! Plenty of drawer and closet space and a secure backyard for a dog. Guests comment that the Cal King bed is one of the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in. There for working at home and super fast Fiber Optic WiFi with 1000 download & 1000 upload speeds. Apple TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Channel, Hulu, Apple Plus and Amazon Prime Video. Kitchenette has large double sink and counter with full-size refrigerator/freezer, large toaster oven, microwave, coffee, maker, and hot plate. Wonderful space to work or play, 5 mins from the beach! It’s a super nice, cozy place to stay :)
