This location is in the Downtown neighborhood in Los Angeles. A sprawling neighborhood that comprises a diverse range of districts, LA’s downtown has experienced a recent revitalization. Nearby parks include Pershing Square, Angels Knoll Park and Highland Park Recreation Center. 312 West 5th Street is a three minute walk from the Metro B Line (Red) and the Metro D Line (Purple) at the Pershing Square Station stop.
This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. Also, you can use Uber, Lyft or even the electric scooters to get around.
➤ Please note that there is a Ring camera outside of the unit door and is actively recording for the security of both our guests and property.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
IMPORTANT: There is a parking pass located in the unit, kindly secure and put it on your dashboard. Please note that once the pass is lost or damaged, there will be a $900 replacement fee. The building needs the physical parking pass, not justaphotoofit. Kindly send us a picture of the pass when returned.

1. There is no front desk service at the property and guests do not have access to building concierge unless explicitly allowed. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
