Exterior Details
Simple in design on the outside, this home was recently completely renovated to the highest standards, giving the interior a cool vibe. The backyard includes a beautifully refurbished pool (no pool cover), a curved deck overlooking the pool, an outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining table and all-new landscaping. It is reminiscent of the chic small homes of lower Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades for those familiar with the neighborhoods of LA.
Interior Details
Although just off of Sonoma Plaza, Lux on First offers privacy with a completely fenced in backyard. The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, Sonos audio system and king sleep sofa. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and the wet bar area includes a small wine refrigerator.
Guests staying at Lux on First will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. Pool is uncovered and heated only Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool heating is not available outside of these dates. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. No pets allowed.
