The fabulous chef's kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and a gas range. A large center island offers seating for four.
Open a bottle of wine from your collection in the dining area wine fridge/bar and gather for a festive vacation meal at the six-seat dining table in the stylish dining room.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The inviting master suite features a comfortable California king bed, 42" smart TV, direct acces through large Panorama doors that fully open to the backyard pool area, and a huge walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, freestanding soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.
The second and thid guest rooms each have a queen bed with a trundle underneath, a 32" smart TV, and direct access to the pool, as well as their own en-suite bathrooms-- one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a tub/shower combination.
An additional half bath provides added convenience.

This home is the only home located on it's side of the block. There are no adjoining neighbors. You will find a walking trail in front of the home and quick access to several beaches. Jensen's grocery store and Peat's coffee are a quick 3 blocks walk from the home. Walk up Point Loma Ave and down to the beautiful limestone cliffs of Sunset Cliffs for a romantic view of the sunset. Take a short drive to the many ecclectic shops and restaurants located in Ocean Beach or the restaurants off Scott Street & Canon in La Playa. Liberty Station Market is a short drive away and is a great place to find a vast array of shops and restaurants.
San Diego is a city built around bays and therefore we recommend driving to see the SD Zoo or Sea World. Public transportation is available but can take a considerable amount of time due to the topography of the hills and bays. Several very nice walking trails are in the immediate vicinity as well as great bike journeys.

NO heating of the pool unless pool fee has been paid by Venmo. Pool must not be heated by guest. Owner will set pool heat to 78 degrees if paid for by guest. If guest alters the control panel and changes pool heat settings the owner will charge guest a minimum of $200 for a 3 day stay and up to $500 for each weekly stay in addition to any costs incurred. If propane tank is drained due to tenant breaking this rule of altering temperature settings and therefore needing a special inspection of propane equipment for safety that special inspection will also be billed to guest. Fee is $50 per night for pool heat and can be separately
