Summary: Clean, nice view. Two unit venue I didn’t realize that you could hear every step or movement anyone above made which kept my partner up all night. If rest is what you’re after it might be hard if someone else is here. We asked around 7am if the property manager could ask them to be more mindful we could clearly hear them laughing at her and informing their kids to “run laps” and make even more noise to spite the request. (Even though it was during the alleged “quiet hours” rules in their property guide.) The property is clearly for sale and they’re renting it to make some extra cash - rentals are not their priority. If you need someone where to stay in a pinch this will work, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a “vacation”. We left to the beach for a few hours only to return to find 5 cars blocking the driveway with no access to the house. We again reached out to management about what we should do as we were promised one parking space and the above unit was entitled to 2, but it doesn’t seem they enforce any of the rules they have in place. The cars didn’t move for hours. Unable to adjust the temperature unless you ask but they have heaters available which if plugged in short the fuse and we were out of power in the bedroom and another room till the afternoon the next day. The “private” hot tub is also in full view of anyone upstairs. The view and cleanliness of this place are not worth the discomfort of having horrible upstairs neighbors that aren’t held accountable.
