Our beautiful custom designed home is centrally located 1 minute from where the 55, 405 and 73 Freeways meet. It is less than 10 minutes from the sand in Newport Beach and only about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland. This home was designed with entertaining in mind. It offers A chef's kitchen with professional grade appliances, quartz counters and huge Island for friends and Family to gather around. The open floor plan and glass wall system opens up the back of the house to combine the living room and outdoor living area into one cohesive space. Outside you will enjoy beautiful landscaping, a fire Place, BBQ island with a commercial quality natural gas grill, a Fire pit, outdoor TV and tons of seating. It has a 6 hole 400 sq ft putting green perfect for family fun or real practice. I am an avid golfer and it rolls fast and true with challenging undulations. There is a work space with a desk, printer and high speed fiber internet. We added a game room with air hockey and a retro pac-man arcade game for kids big and small to enjoy. (I’m a big kid) We have multiple smart TVs with streaming services connected. This is the perfect house for a relaxing but fun stay with lots of entertainment on property. We love this house and hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
