The Loft is a very large and spacious apartment, just fully renovated in 04/2023, right in the beautiful city centre, next to the party area and to main touristic attractions. It has 10 bedrooms, a large living area and 3 bathroom. It has been built in a charming, industrial loft style with large windows and high ceiling, creating a great sense of space. Next to restaurants, all public transportations, shopping mall, groceries and anything which is needed for a pleasant stay.
EVENTS: The Address Royal Loft is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings. The Loft is a very large (180 m2) comfortable space . The apartment is suitable to accommodate big groups of friends or families, up to 24 sleeps. If you need more space, kindly message me as I can arrange other lofts nearby.
The Loft has its own private entrance guarantying comfort and privacy.
In the living room there is a big extendable table that can sit 16 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary apparel and accessories (plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dish washing machine, big fridge with freezer, etc.)
We where always extremely sensitive to the cleaning process of the unit but now we are taking even more care by a deep disinfection after each stay in accordance with the guidelines of Covid19.
The Loft has been completely renovated in April 2023 therefore everything is brand new and with a Luxury standard.
The mattresses are 22cm of orthopaedic memory foam in accordance with 5 stars hotel standard.
Fresh bed and bathroom linen in 100% quality cotton are provided to all guests.
SMOKING: No smoking in the property . In case of inside smoking 1000€ extra charge we will charged.
CHECK-IN time from 16:00, CHECK-OUT time before11:00am. Prior agreement we can grant different timings if we have no guest before/after your arrival. Luggage deposit can be arranged free of charge upon prior agreement.
EXTRA GUESTS: Our prices depend on sleeping person number. Minimum price is valid for 10 adult guests. Here you can book for maximum 16 people, if your group will be more, please write us, we have beds for maximum 24 people .

NOISE RULES: After 10:00pm loud noise, music, yelling, disturbing neighbours is not allowed, we have to accept they peace, thank you. Budapest nightlife is perfect, you can enjoy several music clubs, bars in the city centre. If you would like to make an event, or party, please follow this rule, in case of non-observance the whole group must leave IMMEDIATELY the Loft without refund. We are very stick about this rule, because after your departure we will leave together with our neighbours, thank you for your understanding.
