Indoor - Third floor has two spacious bedrooms, and another bedroom/office space with a sofa bed. All bedrooms have their respective bathrooms. Master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The office has a desk, chair and filing equipment, and a sofa bed which can become a sleeper for up to two people. Washer and dryer are on the third floor.
Spacious and modern kitchen, with microwave, toaster oven, oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. Dinnerware, silverware, and cookware, are included for up to 10 people. Bar with mini fridge, dining room and kitchen sitting spaces. Family living room sitting area including Television, Play Station, and sound system. Two fireplaces, one in the living room, and another in the dining room. Dining room table seats up to 10 people, and has additional sofas/bed option.
Outdoor - The back yard is located on the second floor, with a pool and water features, hot tub, fire pit with sitting area, with charcoal and gas BBQ grills, sink, oven, mini refrigerators, a bar with sitting area, as well as a outdoor television with sitting area. Patio music entertainment/speaker system is available.
