This gorgeous second-floor spacious corner unit is 1500 square feet, has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and captures a Mediterranean elegance. Additionally, it boasts 5 balconies (each bedroom has a balcony and sliding door), hardwood floors, plantation shutters throughout the entire unit, central A/C and heating, a ADT security system, dual Smart Nest thermostat systems, Lutron recessed lighting, Venetian plaster accent walls and tons of natural afternoon light. There is sleeping space for six adults and an infant.
The main living area has an open floor space, with a HUGE sectional couch, that can seat 8 people. There is a mounted smart tv, a beautiful modern dining table for 6, a new crystal chandelier, a stocked wetbar, a self-lighting gas fireplace and 2 terraces, only being very large and off of the living room, which also has a brand new BBQ.
The master ensuite is huge, at over 500 square feet. There is a terrace, a very large walk-in closet and an upgraded spa-like bathroom. The king size Tempurpedic bed is like sleeping on a cloud. There is a mounted flatscreen smart TV, recessed lighting and the room is extremely zen-like, cosy and comfortable.
The second bedroom has a brand new trundle day bed that can sleep 2 adults, a new West Elm dresser, a new ceiling fan, a mirrored sliding door closet and a terrace. A crib and changing table are available upon request (this room can also be decorated as a nursery upon request)
The third bedroom has a new couch sofa double bed, built in high-end custom shelves with TONS of books to choose from. Also a mounted flat screen smart TV, a new ceiling fan, a large shelved closet and a terrace
In addition to the Master bath, there are 2 other bathrooms available. One with a shower, sink and toilet and lastly, a powder room with a toilet and sink only. All bathrooms have new toilets and piping.
The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a brand new microwave. Also, standard items like glassware, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffeemaker and NutriBullet are all included. There is also a brand new AMAZING chrome pull down faucet and sink with a custom water filter (not pictures in photos).
One fun thing to note is the extremely long hallway. This is PERFECT for children learning to crawl, walk, ride a small tricycle, or just play in.
The unit is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you could need. From bathroom towels to bedroom sheets to kitchen basics like paper towels, coffee and spices. If traveling with children, we have a crib, changing table, and tons of toys, books, etc that can be used. Also available to use is a beach cruiser, beach towels, beach chairs, board games, books, a printer, to name a few
The roof top deck has lovely panorama views of the city. Entire unit was recently fumigated and is one of only 7 units in a very clean & well kept building. There are 2 reserved parking spaces (tandem) in secure underground garage.
Specific utilities are included but are capped. These utilities include wifi, basic cable (Smart TV or Apple TV are available on all TVs in unit), gas, water, power, trash and 1x monthly housecleaner.
The minimum lease length is 4 months. Discounts apply once you stay longer than 3 months.
Cleaning Fee: $500 for each 3 month stay (non-refundable)
Unit is FURNISHED and can only be available UNFURNISHED if rented for 12 months.
