Summary: Reception staff Burcu and İskender went out of their way to help with every aspect of our stay,were courteous,helpful and friendly.Only issue was when we left for the day we found the toilet and bathroom sink was not cleaned at all(towels were changed and bed was made)when we came back .They had sent the housekeeping lady to do it in the evening who was not impressed with our request and insisted that minimum and necessary cleaning was done by her.I was not happy with that at all as she wanted to make her point by arguing which wasn’t professional at all. Otherwise all other staff were amazing.A big thanks to Mr İskender who had kept our valuables safe as we had forgotten them in the safe box.
