Located in the Almoinhas Velhas neighbourhood of Malveira de Serra, the Malveira Seaview Villa is modern and luxurious, with sliding glass doors, a whitewash finish and glamorous interiors.

Positioned only four kilometres from Guincho Beach, the Malveira Seaview Villa is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the area’s wealth of delicious seafood restaurants, fun bars and, of course, beautiful beaches.

The villa is modern with a slick finish throughout, boasting contemporary artwork and exquisite furnishings. Waxed hardwood floors are tempered by faded Persian-style rugs, and light is consistently filtered into the main living area at all angles from the sliding glass doors. At one end of the large living space is a fireplace with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves on both sides, adding a cosy yet sophisticated feel, whilst the other end features a flat-screen TV and comfy sofas. The kitchen is designed with cool practicality in mind; stainless steel combines with crips white and the most modern of amenities to make this a kitchen a real chef would die to use.

From the main living room, a staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms upstairs; three are doubles and one has twin beds meaning the villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The glass theme is continued upstairs, and soft colour schemes combined with the same wooden flooring as downstairs make for a homey feel. Some of the bedrooms’ floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly to the beautiful grounds outside.

The master bedroom is particularly impressive, with huge windows on two of three sides of the large double bed offering stunning ocean views over Guincho Beach. The bathrooms are just as chic as the rest of the villa- with marble walk-in power showers and modern sinks and toilets. Balconies surround the villa at different points, one with two chairs offering the perfect spot for a romantic sundowner, another with a swinging egg chair perfect for enjoying a moment’s respite. The basement of the house was refinished in 2023 to include a large gaming area, a pullout couch and an additional flat-screen TV.

The outside of the villa is just as breathtaking as the inside; the heated pool sits directly beyond the living room sliding doors, meaning you are just a pace away from that refreshing plunge at all times! Next to the pool, but underneath a covered awning, is a dining table and outdoor sofas.

At one end there is also a hammock, offering the ideal spot to kick back and truly relax. There is also a grassy stretch with a football goal positioned at one end, perfect for entertaining children.
