Just five minutes drive from Gerringong shopping centre and Werri Beach, Maple House has you situated in an ideal location to access all that Gerringong offers. The property also welcomes pets and has a fully fenced backyard.

Where will I be?
Maple House is located in Gerringong, just a short drive to both Werri Beach and shops. If you prefer to walk to the beach, the 10-15 minute walk is an easy walk along a flat road.

Maple House is a comfortable beach house that offers a classic Australian holiday - backyard games, swimming in a large pool, while the dog runs around in the fully fenced backyard! And, if you decide to venture out the beach is just five minutes drive away. Needs supplies? Gerringong is within 5 minutes drive also and has boutique shops, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Maple House also has a covered verandah and a gas BBQ where you can cook up a feast for the extended family!
How is the property laid out?
Maple House is a double storey home with fully fenced yard. Downstairs is the main living area with open plan kitchen / dining and family room. The covered verandah can be accessed from the lounge area, which leads into the backyard and swimming pool. This level also has an additional lounge area with TV and lounges - a great space for kids to play games. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs, one with an ensuite (shower and toilet). The laundry is also located on this level.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: 1 king bedroom with ensuite (shower and toilet) and 2 queen bedrooms. This level also has a main bathroom (shower and bath) and separate toilet. Note that the guest capacity for the house is 8 maximum.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and Netflix. A password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
There is an under cover verandah which opens up from the living/dining area and has a gas BBQ. This verandah overlooks the backyard and pool area. The backyard is grassed and fully fenced.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Maple House has reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a driveway with parking space for three cars. As the house is located in a cul-de-sac, any additional cars need to be parked towards the bottom of the street (away from the house) to allow the neighbours clear access to their driveways.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Maple House is a pet friendly property. Your pet stay is also subject to the following rules, please:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
