Positive: The location and communication were excellent. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. I appreciated the quick response to our noise concern and found the apartment to have the amenities we needed.

Negative: I was traveling with my 65 year old mother, who has incredible difficulty walking up and down stairs. The only stairs mentioned or shown in the listing were the ones leading to the front door outside, with the exception of a small portion in the corner of one photo. The stairs begin as soon as you get through the front door and are narrow, steep, slippery, and don't have handrails. There's no way to plug the bathtub drain, and the tub barely drains when you shower. Lastly, the noise that comes through from the unit above is unbelievable. We heard their conversations clearly and smelled the bacon they made for breakfast at 4am.
