Excellent duplex flat in Ericeira, with 107 m2, right on the seafront, with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
Downstairs there is a lounge with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 en suite with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath, a bathroom with shower in the en suite and a balcony.
The upstairs is an open space with a living area and a double bed separated by a screen. From this floor you also have access to the house's terrace.
It is located in a condominium with garden and swimming pool, located right in front of the pedestrian walkway that goes from the center of Ericeira to Praia da Foz do Lizandro. This way, and if you wish, you can spend your holidays without needing to use the car, just walking or cycling to the beach or the center of Ericeira.
The sand beaches closest to the condominium are Praia do Sul which is 1km away and Foz do Lizandro beach which is 1.5km away.
The center of Ericeira, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is 1.4 km from the condominium.
