Maya Bistro Hotel & Beach is located in Sığacık, Turkey's first slow city (Citta Slow), on a second degree archaeological site which is surrounded by beautiful mandarin gardens at the edge of a private peninsula with an amazing sunset view: ideal spot for weddings and private celebrations.
Maya Bistro Hotel & Beach is situated at 60 km to İzmir Airport and 1,5 km to the ancient city of Teos. As Maya Hotel Bistro & Beach, our motto is to respect all nature and animals within the surrounding area and provide a peaceful stay and a special service to our guests. Our hotel has 25 cozy villa rooms in which you can have a peaceful stay feeling like home. You are also welcome to stay with your pets for an additional fee. We offer direct booking with private transfer and your stay can be upgraded to Half Board for an additional fee.
In addition, we have a restaurant with a great sea view that can serve up to 80 people, where we serve special Turkish breakfast, home-made stone oven bread and carefully selected fresh ingredients delivered from the farmer’s market. We follow Slow Food movement; we are buying our products from local producers and preparing local traditional dishes.
Our menu for lunch includes stone oven cooked Turkish specialties, pasta and salads. Besides the local daily catched fresh fish we serve for lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy other typical Mediterranean dishes. You are free to benefit seperately from the bistro and the beach facilities without being a customer of the hotel. You can choose to have dinner and decide on the spot whether you feel like staying at the hotel.
At Maya, time passes fast while you are swimming and enjoying the clear blue sky and our delightful cocktails. You can take a walk to the ancient city of Teos with a picnic basket prepared for you or rent a bike to visit around including special landmarks and beaches. Maya is a perfect spot to discover gastronomic, historical, natural, tourist attractions in surroundings like Sığacık, Teos, Urla, Gödence, Bademler, Beyler and Alaçatı. Windsurfing school, international divingschool (CMAS, PADI, SSI), sailing and yachting courses are available at our hotel with additional fees.
