Positive: Brand new hotel, perfect location in the town, very clear. Restaurant is great, pizza is phenomanal.

Negative: Cold water tub would be very important for the sauna to cool down in proper way... Sauna temperature should be higher. Restrooms are limited in the SPA floor.
