Summary: TL;DRClean and well situated, but too expensive for what it is.Many reviews say only good things about the property and the owner.Here is what I think an honest review. Regarding the "super friendly" owner, well hard to say, the main message I received was a preformated one mainly being a "manual" for the property including 2 access codes for the entry doors (main entrance and condo itself)
