Welcome! Our 2BR, 1BA apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests, perfect for small families, couples, or professionals. Centrally located, it's less than 2 miles from downtown and a short drive to the airport, Naval Air Station, and Pensacola Beach. Enjoy in-unit laundry, free WiFi, and a pet-friendly policy (fee applies). We've included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team so you know exactly what to expect. The Space:
Guests will enter though the front door using a digital keypad. Upon entering Unit C, the living room and dining area will be straight ahead. In the living room you will find a couch with a queen sofa bed, and a large SmartTV! Through the living room is the furnished kitchen. We provide all major appliances except a dishwasher. We also provide cookware and dinnerware! Both bedroom are spacious and feature full-size beds. The unit has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also included in in-unit washer and dryer!
****Please note this is a downstairs unit at a side-by-side duplex. You will have full and private access to your unit. The parking pad is shared and has 1 assigned spot for each unit. Street parking is available****
Guest Access:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
