Summary: The property is in a great location- that is definitely the best part. It is literally right on the bay and in a safe area. The communication with the host was good, however, he seemed a bit unclear on exactly how things work. For example, the AC- it needed to be attached to the window, in order for it to work- but the attachment didn’t fit properly and a handy man had to come and use aluminum tape to fix it. We had a few other instances like this, such as the bed side lamps not being charged and the batteries being dead in the TV remote. Lots of sand everywhere, with no way to clean it up. Overall a good stay. Location was the best!
