Welcome to our cosy home-away-from-home! Please note that while we live here full-time, we open our doors to guests when we're away, offering you the chance to experience the comfort of a much-lived-in space.
You'll find our personal touches throughout the property, making it feel like a home rather than a full-time rental. Feel free to utilise the items in the cupboards we've set aside for your convenience.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen boasts modern appliances, an island bench, and an 8-seater table that seamlessly extends to the outdoor pool area, covered veranda, and dining space with a gas BBQ.
SLEEPING
The three main bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and ceiling fans:
• Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
• 3rd Bedroom: 1 Double Bed
Additionally, the Upstairs Living Area features a queen-size sofa bed comfortably accommodating two guests, while the Study Nook offers a single bed.
PLEASE NOTE: The Master Bedroom and Upstairs Lounge Area windows do not have blinds or curtains, allowing the natural sunrise and local bird songs to greet you each morning.
BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY

A self contained granny flat with private entrance is attached to our home. You will not share any spaces with our lovely tenants. You may however occasionally see them walking to their front entrance.
Our cats come on holiday with us, however you may come across the occasional piece of cat fur.
Our community is quiet, and we have a close relationship with our neighbours. We ask you respect our neighbour’s privacy and monitor noise levels between 10pm and 9am.
