Summary: Customer service excellent 5 star! The rest was 3/5 at best. Start with the good. Clean room. No bugs. It was cheap. Bad points No hot water!! Beds were lumpy as if the springs gave up. Those beds need to be thrown out. Super small bathroom. No hot water for the shower..
