Positive: Huge apartment for two people with modern kitchen and appliances. Exterior is quite appealing too. It's located in a quiter part of North Seville, which is nice, but further away from the tourist areas. A little supermarket (Dia) is right next door to the apartment complex and has everything you'd need at great prices.

Negative: Not really in the host's control, but better transport links into the city centre would be great. Dipping pool is really loud during the day. Unfortunately, there was a water leak outside the apartment. Bathroom layout was not to taste, and the WC/toilet is not actually sealed off from the rest of the apartment. Wash basin is cylinderical, which may be hip, but really isn't practical. Wash basin could really use some shelving just to place your toothbrush for a minute. Bedroom needed more wardrobe space, at least twice more than provided.
