Great centrally located two bedroom apartment for couples, walk everywhere. The apartment is in the heart of Port Macquarie near the break wall, cafes, eateries and 5-7 minutes walk to Town Beach. Large outdoor back terrace. Open plan dining and living, kitchen with large fridge, electric stove, microwave, no dishwasher. Modern bathroom. TV with Google Chrome cast, free WIFI. Study nook.
1 parking spot available at the back of the building.
LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Master bedroom with double bed (will be upgraded to Queen bed at end of April 2022)
ACCESS
We use a self-checkin process, the key will be in a lockbox onsite, so please go straight to the apartment, the manager will be in touch regarding codes.
Access is via building front door, next to the hairdresser. Then walk up 2 internal flights of stairs to reach the apartment, apartment 1 is on your left hand side.
PARKING
One car spot on-site is available in the visitor car park at the back of the building, it is the open caged carport on right hand side of the 2 garages. Please do not block other garages nor park in designated shop parking spots.
Street parking available too, yet has time limits, the Port Central 24 hour carpark is 500 meters walk, just 1 block away located on the same street.
NO PETS PLEASE
Sorry pets are not allowed due to Strata rules. We do have plenty of pet friendly options, just filter on pet friendly or chat to us about your needs.
OTHER
We cater to couples and small families. Property not suitable for guests under 18 years of age, schoolies, student and loud (young) adult groups.
