Positive: Location and the house

Negative: It was a very cold few days. The heating was apparently misconfigured and programmed to turn off for many hours, so it didn't heat the house properly. We tried contacting the host via chat (several times) and always got a bot to reply. Then we tried by phone, where a support center finally answered and said they would get back to us, but they never did. Three more days passed without a response. Finally, using the internet, I adjusted a knob on the heating system to bypass the timer and keep it running.
