La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) within a 5-minute drive from the bustling city centre and its beautiful beaches. The villa has been decorated to a high standard and is provided with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The centre of Nerja is within a short drive, and an easy walk will take you to the nearby Lidl supermarket and bakery.
Location and outside area
This spacious villa is located in the trendy Exotica area in Nerja and boasts a large luxuriant garden and a heated pool (10x4 m, 1.4–2.7 m deep). The villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja's vast array of amenities nearby.
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and next to villa Nerja 047. The villa entrance is at street level, stairs lead down to the spacious terrace where sun beds await, as well as the tempting pool, a shaded dining area and a large barbecue for your alfresco dinners.
Note:The pool can be heated upon request in April, May, September and October at a maximum temperature of 27°C approximately; a supplement of 300 EUR per week is charged.

Downstairs (pool level), you will find a spacious living room with sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace, a radio-CD player and a large flat screen television with satellite TV. The living room gives access to an independent dining room and a large fully fitted, well equipped with a small dining table, a 4-ring vitro hob, an electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen you can access the lovely terrace and an independent shower room with WC, conveniently located for those enjoying the pool. Several add-ons such as a hair dryer, a safe box, an alarm and smoke detectors complete this magnificent villa!
